Identify the energy sources
Electric power supply, hydraulic power unit, pressure lines, batteries, cylinders and moving parts in the landing effect should be evaluated together. Isolation points must be verified by machine scheme and field control.
Control the pressure and movement.
After the pump energy is separated and locked, the line pressure is dissolved in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Moving or upgraded parts are secured by mechanical support; only hydraulic pressure is not reliable.
Zero Energy Verification
Manometers are checked, appropriate emissions points are verified and the movement test from the control is carried out. Closed volumes and accumulators where pressure can be re-created should also be checked.
