Why do we need a special choice?
Closing the regulator’s setting button does not always isolate the energy source. The secure application includes the lock of the power valve, the controlled discharge of line pressure and the verification of zero pressure.
Data for the product selection
The type of flow, the type of valve, the geometry of the setting hand, the manometer range, the tube diameter and the discharge point are recorded. The product to be selected must physically keep the valve hand in a closed position and block access to the regulator settings when necessary.

Order of Application
- Take the process safe.
- Close the upstream power valve of the regulator and put in the appropriate valve lock.
- If necessary, set the regulator according to the procedure.
- The downstream pressure is controlled from the specified point.
- Do zero energy verification according to the operating procedure, without accepting the manometer alone enough.

- Manometers count the zero for a single proof
