This content is intended for general information. The application must be carried out by means of equipment manufacturer instructions, the risk assessment specific to the business and the energy control procedure prepared by authorized persons.
Why do we need a special choice?
The nominal tube diameter alone is not sufficient in the choice of a ball valve lock. The arm width, height, distance to the pipe and obstacles around determines product conformity.
Data for the product selection
F01 and F02 are products for different valve/col range. For a precise choice, the arm in the closed position of the valve must be photographed from front to side; the product must be compared with technical measurements.
| Compared | F01 |
|---|---|
| Product approach | Pre-candidate for smaller/compact valve geometries |
| Required data | The size of the arm and body |
| Montage control | Located locations and surrounding space |
| Definitely decision | Technical Fey + Field Compatibility |
Order of Application
- Verify the closed location of the van.
- Measure the outer diameter of the tube and the valve body.
- Record your arm length, width and thickness.
- Check the gap between the arm and tube and neighboring equipment.
- Confirm the F01 or F02 candidate in the field test that the arm has not been opened.
Frequent mistakes
- Order the product according to the value of DN only
- Improving the isolation valve
- Do not include the arm cover in size
- Set the machine in a half-open valve.
What should be sent to match the offer or product?
The brand-model of the equipment must be sent together, general and close plan photos in a safe state, millimeter measurements, energy type, number of people to work at the same time, and the usage environment. This information reduces the risk of choosing product code according to its appearance alone.
Share your photos and sizes; let us evaluate the product, procedure, training and simulator needs together.
