Cement, metalworking and production lines
Mill, fan and conveyor examples can illustrate motor supplies, local isolators and several energy points within one scenario. The simulation layout should follow the factory’s equipment list. Select the functions to demonstrate before deciding panel size, controls and accessories.
Food, packaging and process plants
Filling, packing and mixing examples may involve electrical and pneumatic isolation, valves, regulators and stored energy. For chemical-process training, representative components can illustrate the learning objective without introducing actual hazardous process fluids. The technical scope of each configuration is agreed individually.
Information needed for a custom design
Send the department name, equipment photographs, energy types, existing lockout devices, expected group size and portability requirements. These details help define the panel, isolation points and training flow. A custom simulator complements workplace risk assessment and machine-specific procedures; it does not remove those requirements.
