Why should the lock be removed?
Personal lock is the direct security control between the employee and the energy separation point. The removal of someone else’s lock causes the risk that the employee remains in a dangerous area.
What is verified before checking?
It is confirmed that the locker is not in the facility, it is attempted to reach him, the equipment and work area are physically controlled, the person is not in a dangerous area and the removal has been approved by the authorized manager.
What to do after the lock is removed?
The process is registered with the date, time, equipment, reason, searches made, approved and the applicant. The locker will be informed of the situation before returning to employment.
Can the Master Key be Free?
The master key access should be limited, the use procedure and registration requirement must be linked. It should not be used in the routine opening of personal locks for operation ease.
