How does the ball valve lock work?
The device is fixed in a way that the movement between the valve arm and body limits and the hang lock cannot be removed without attachment. Some models only support the closed position, while adjustable models support different arms geometries.
Small and large models
When choosing the model, before the tube diameter, the thickness, length and distance of the valve arm is checked. Small-size products are used in narrow arms, big-size products are used in wider and long arms.
Applications in the area
There may be no enough space for the apparatus due to the wall, isolation cover or neighboring tube. In this case, the direction of inserting of the product and access to the lock hole should be checked in the field.

The photo of the valve in an open and closed position, the arms measurements and the surrounding gap should be recorded.The sample application confirms that the product is not really removed before serial acquisition and it blocks the movement of the arms.
