What is the exclusive control?
The employee must be able to keep the fixtures under his own physical control and make sure that another person will not reinstall it. Just seeing the fixtures may not create sufficient control in every business order.
When is the lock used?
If the stick is away from the workpoint, if the panel or cable route is outside of view, if the wire changes or if more than one person is in maintenance, the stick lock machine is preferred.
