The short answer: The ECED instructions must be clear enough to apply in the field, specific and visual to the machine. The instructions must show energy points with their real positions, describe where the apparatus will be installed, how verification is done and how energy will be returned.
Starting with the discovery.
The machine label, normal stop point, energy sources, main separation elements, blind or support points, stored energy and reboot risk are identified in the place.
The energy points are coded.
Electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, thermal and other points are marked with unique codes. The field label should be the same as the code in the instructions.
The right product and photo are matched
The locker or ventilation device is verified by measurement. in the photo, both the open position and the correct locked location are clearly shown.
Stop and run separately.
The order of reactivation is separated by the energy cutting order. Staff control, protective installation, personal removal of locks and notification steps are clearly specified.
